The 2010 Supplement Companion Website

Practitioners should not rely solely on the information provided in the 2010 Supplement, which is not current. Instead, they should refer to the 4th edition of the Green Book for more up-to-date content.

The 2010 Supplement Companion Website contains three sets of documents:

1) Table of Cases;
2) A Document Library; and
3) An Errata Sheet.

The Companion Website features two Tables of Cases, the first for the Manual and the second for the 2010 Supplement. Each Table alphabetically lists all of the cases cited for the respective publication. The Table for the Manual shows the chapter sections in which each case is cited. The Table for the 2010 Supplement provides the chapter and page number where the case is cited.

The Document Library contains materials cited in the Manual as “on enclosed CD” and in the 2010 Supplement as “copy on 2010 Supplement Companion Website.” The library includes unreported cases, HUD notices and other documents, such as correspondence and forms, which are not readily available from other sources. Each document is posted separately as an Adobe Acrobat PDF file.

The Companion Website also contains the Errata Sheet, which lists corrections to case citations and other errors that were identified following publication of the Manual. The Errata Sheet is organized by chapter and footnote. The National Housing Law Project will periodically update the Errata Sheet on this website.

Please Note: Although NHLP has discontinued inserting a companion CD with each Supplement, we are happy to provide all of the documents featured on the companion website in CD format upon request. Request a CD copy of the companion web page contents at the email or mail address below.
