Congressional letters and responses seeking moratorium on HUD approval of demolition and disposition applications
• Letter from Congressman Frank and Congresswoman Waters to Shaun Donovan, HUD Sect (June 15, 2009) requesting a moratorium on all HUD approvals of public housing demolition and disposition for one year and HUD response to the letter (Aug, 7, 2009) denying the request for a moratorium but stating that reviews will be under tighter criteria.
