This webinar for California rural housing providers discusses the new and continuing housing protections for victims of domestic violence under the Violence Against Women Reauthorization Act of 2013, California landlord-tenant law, and fair housing laws. The presentation features a special focus on the Rural Housing Service’s/Rural Development’s efforts to implement VAWA 2013.
